Phil, thanks for upping the visibility of this. I've thought about it for days. There's a msg in the underlying emotional frustration of the author that I'm trying to decode. I remember the first time I saw a demo of the internet. Our VP of Mktg didn't get it! Perhaps people get defensive and clamp down in an illogical way when you show them too much change? Does it work better to say: "Your customer segment is doing _____", than to say: "You need to be doing _____". Is there some basic human psychology that you and Marta are up against? Should the msg be that change is rewarding and not that hard?

Sorry if I made it seem like it was me who created this. I updated the posting a little more to make it more clear that I just found this...and that I've done other presentations like this (but none this good).
