Just read The Diamond Cutter, the Budda on Managing Your business and Your Life. That was a second go-around for me, always new eyes rereading a book. Also just finished reading Outliers by Malcom Gladstone. Highly recommend it; there will be several aha moments while reading! Now I need some fiction!

I agree with that, but what an awesome challenge to take on. The ability to “truly communicate” with your family/client/friend… it doesn’t get better than that. It is amazing how much easier Nick’s recommendations are when you are truly motivated for the other person’s good. And if you are truly being humble adn transparent then it gets even better.
Thanks for the great blog, it has been a real bright spot in my day : )

Nick is a really sharp guy. Very personable. He makes things seem very simple in person, but you’re right, it’s VERY hard to do some of the things he suggests…at least to do them as well as he does them!

Yeah, both are by Nick Morgan, easy to read but hard to master : ) Seems to be that way with all the great material. What did you think of Nick when you met him? I’ve been really impressed with how simple yet complex his material is.

Jeff – I have Blue Ocean Strategy, and I haven’t been able to finish it. Seems like a really great idea…just a little long for me. Meaty indeed

Jarvis’ book is interesting…though having read his blog, he may be a little polarizing for my taste.

Bryndon – are both books by Nick? I’m only familiar with Trust me. I got to meet Nick and his wife in 2007 at the Author Pow-Wow. He is the real deal!
