Hi Phil:

I’m still pretty new to Twitter, but getting a good feel for it. I’m pretty sure this is possible: when you include a shortened link in your Tweet (such as tiny url or the other one), is there a way to track how many people clicked on that link? If so, how?

Hi Phil .. could you just give a very basic getting started course .. and then perhaps follow it with part 2 .. and then the professional part 3 .. not going into too much detail – well you don’t .. your writing is very clear fortunately ..

I’ve joined, but not been using it and am about to ‘get going’ properly .. so I’d love a guidance course – would be really helpful .. eg .. what do you put in and what don’t you put in .. www sites etc.

You covered etiquette .. so we can go back ..
