Recently I got to talk to Dr. Chip Bell, author of the simple yet powerful book Sprinkles. Sprinkles is all about creating awesome experiences through innovative service. I love learning about new simple ways to make people’s day. Simple things I can incorporate into the service I provide, delivered to the customers I serve each and every day.
