Now that Changethis.com is back online and in full-swing, it’s great to see they posted one of my favorite online friend’s manifestos. If you haven’t had the pleasure of reading anything by Rosa Say, you really have to head over to her blog now! I think you’ll find her leadership style is unlike anything you’ve ever read before. I can’t recommend it enough! Take the time to read Managing With Aloha, the manifesto and get your leadership style back on track.
As I always say, the only thing you can change about other people is YOU: the way YOU respond to their actions, the way YOU talk to them, and the way YOU treat them. It starts with YOU. Managing with Aloha helps remind us of this.
