BHAG – March to 1 Million

My good buddy Greg Balanko-Dickson just posted what I think is the BIGGEST, HARRIEST, most AUDACIOUS GOAL (BHAG) of anyone I have ever seen, in an article he calls A Cool Million

Today marks the beginning of my March to Impact 1,000,000. My “Big Hairy Audacious Goal” (BHAG) is to impact the lives of 1,000,000 business owners before I leave terra firma.

Holy cow!!! Let that sink in a minute.

1…..MILLION….PEOPLE!!!!

This goal just solidifies the fact that Greg is a great guy, who gives so much more than he gets. WOW! He has influenced me already in so many ways, I can’t begin to share them all here. How Does Synergy Happen?

Troy Worman asks in this month’s the blog Synergy topic What is the stuff of synergy? Synergy is defined as a cooperative interaction among groups or individuals, two or more agents or forces, so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects, so that they create a whole which is greater than its parts. But HOW exactly does this happen?

How indeed…This is a tough question that we hope to get answers to this month over at the blog Synergy. Troy has offered a few thoughts on what he thinks the stuff of Synergy is. I need more time to think about what the ingredients are for synergy, and will post my thoughts later  in the month. Contributing to Collective Genius
